Bonapasta white spelled noodles are a slow-drying pasta, stretched with bronze molds to achieve a high-quality product. They are produced with spelled from Moianés, where it is cultivated, the grain is ground and the paste is prepared, thus supporting the economy of the territory. In the elaboration, various cereals grown in Moianès or the closest environment are used as raw material. The cereals are transformed in an artisan way using bronze molds to stretch the pasta. It is pressed at low pressure and slowly dried at a low temperature so as not to alter the nutritional and textural characteristics of the pasta. This process ensures a very tasty pasta, of great quality and at its optimum point of consistency. It is recommended to throw the pasta into boiling salted water. Cooking time 9 minutes.
