My Cosmetik's Consistent Cleansing Base has a pasty viscosity and will add texture and thicken your cleansing preparations for the bath, shower or even hair. It has effective washing properties, while remaining gentle on the skin. It is a nonionic surfactant of plant origin and easily biodegradable. The consistent vegetable base is a surfactant obtained from sugars and vegetable oils. Due to its molecular structure, a surfactant successfully fulfills several functions. First of all it's a cleanser. It dissolves and loosens fatty impurities which then mix with a liquid (usually water) in order to be removed by rinsing. This consistent vegetable base offers two very interesting characteristics: the first is its extreme softness (Lauryl Glucoside is biodegradable, it presents no toxicity, nor irritant power, nor of odor). The second particularity of this consistent base is its texture: it thickens and increases the viscosity of your preparations as desired. Used as a consistent base in your homemade hygiene products, it will allow you to obtain thicker textures while respecting the most sensitive scalps and skin. It is recommended to use in the preparation of shower gels, liquid soaps, shampoos, bubble baths ... - Relaxing bubble bath: Mix 50 ml of consistent base with 45 ml of still hot sterilized water. Mix gently until all the small white grains have melted and the mixture is transparent. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the mixture to cool slightly then add 125 ml of vegetable foaming base, 30 drops of mandarin essential oil, 20 drops of true lavender essential oil and 45 drops of isocide. Stir gently to mix the ingredients well without producing too much foam. Transfer the mixture to an empty bottle. Pour a tablespoon of the bubble bath into your bath while the water is running. Keep out of the reach of children. Respect the recommended dosages. Do not ingest. Do not inhale. Avoid contact with eyes. Store properly closed, away from light and heat.
