Balancing current and efficiency - Balancing current is 0–5.5 A; the more balanced the battery, the smaller the current drawn, with the system adapting to pack conditions. - Includes a manual sleep switch for low standby current. Hardware and performance - New MOSFET board with 2 oz copper thickness and ultralow internal resistance for efficient balancing. - The capacitor works with the transfer-charge slider; connect the balance board to the battery and start the balancing process. - Current mode is under 0.1 mA and balancing voltage accuracy is within 5 mV. Applications and use cases - Balancing multi-cell battery packs in solar storage systems or other energy storage setups to extend pack life and improve performance. - Routine maintenance balancing for UPS backup power systems or large multi-cell battery banks. - On-site balancing of portable multi-cell packs used in power stations, tools, or hobbyist applications to ensure even cell voltage during charging or use.
