Description This exhaustion sensor unit is designed to detect whether the printing is exhausted. During the printing process, if the device detects the amount of filament output, it will send a signal to the main board. With the correct firmware settings, printing will pause until the operator reloads the filament and continues printing. The air inlet/outlet of the material detection module is changed from the metal copper sleeve to a rotating funnel opening design, thereby optimizing the resistance of feeding materials, making feeding smoother, eliminating materials/filaments, and avoiding wire jams and shavings. The direction of the air intake position is a silk screen, which is convenient to distinguish the direction of the air inlet and the outlet. Use with the board: When the material enters, the green light in the module will remain illuminated. When the material is exhausted, the green light goes out, and then the main board executes the pause operation, and printing can continue after the material is replaced. Wiring: Connect the module to the M sensor port on the motherboard. Use with other motherboards: The material detection module adopts a horizontal conversion detection . When the material enters, the detection level signal should be high, and when there is no material, the material port level signal will become low. When the system detects a certain transition from high to low level, it will regard it as the material has been exhausted, then the board will execute the pause operation, and the printing will continue after the material is replaced.
