The Renault steering lock emulator is an advanced ESL emulator designed for Renault vehicles. ELV (Electronic Steering Column Lock) can experience mechanical failure independent of other vehicle faults. When this occurs, the vehicle may not start even with a working key, as the ELV prevents activation. In such cases, replacing and programming a new ELV unit is required. This universal steering lock emulator does not require coding—simply connect and use. It can be transferred between compatible vehicles for diagnostic purposes without the need for reprogramming.
