Place the tray on the cap plate. 2. Add an appropriate amount of capsule caps. 3. Shake gently to align the capsule openings upward into the holes of the capsule plate. 4. Pour out any excess capsule caps. 5. Remove the arrangement plate. 6. Position the middle plate over the cap plate with the open side facing up. 7. Place the tray on the body plate. 8. Add an appropriate amount of capsule bodies and shake to align the openings upward into the holes of the body plate. 9. Pour out any excess capsule bodies and remove the tray. 10. Pour powder onto the body plate and use the scraper to spread it back and forth. 11. Flip the combined middle plate and cap plate over to cover the body plate. 12.
