Features: brand new and high quality A 1 PPM temperature compensated oscillator (TCXO). A USB noise choke, more bypass capacitors, and built in ferrites for less PC noise. Aluminium shielded for case with thermal pad for passive cooling to improve L-Band performance. An improved front end circuit designed for wideband use (other models still use a circuit designed for DVB-T only). HF mode via direct sampling built in (can tune down to 500 kHz unlike basic RTL-S DR's which can only go to 24 MHz). Improved ESD for protection (additional ESD diode and for extra ESD discharge paths). Improved PCB design for lower noise and less spurs. Improved passive component tolerances. R820T2 tuner. SMA F connector. Several breakout pads on the PCB for advanced users. Software activatable 4.5v bias tee circuit. Specifications: Frequency range: 500KHz – 1766 MHz Sampling rate: maximum 3.2Msps (2.56Msps stable value) AD sampling bits: 8-bit Size: approx. 7x1.4x2.8cm/2.76x0.55x1.10in Package Includes: 1 x S DR Receiver note: No retail package.
