Ansitec by Direct Nutrition is a supplement based on a synergy of hydroalcoholic plant extracts enhanced with magnesium and manganese, and vitamins B6 and B12. It is ideal for nervous conditions, internal agitation, anxiety, gastrointestinal spasms, irritability, pre-menopausal syndrome, and more. Indicated for lower psychic disorders, Ansitec from Direct Nutrition contains St. John's Wort, which helps alleviate sleep disorders caused by hypericin and supports mood and psychological well-being, while hops provide a calming effect and promote good sleep. It is recommended to take 2.5 ml (two full droppers) with a little water 3 times a day outside of meals or as recommended by a professional.
