5V PS2 Keyboard Decoder UART Parallel I2C

A dedicated 5V PS2 keyboard decoder module that translates PC-style PS2 keyboard inputs into accessible digital outputs. Dimensions are 4.5 cm × 2.8 cm; weight approx. 10 g. Internally, a small microcontroller continuously monitors PS2 clock and data lines, captures key scan codes, and forwards them unchanged via UART (19200 baud), 8-bit parallel bus, or I2C/TWI (address 0x04). Jumper-based interface selection ensures compatibility: the 'IIC/TWI enable' short-circuit cap must be desoldered or removed when using UART or parallel mode exclusively. Compatible with all standard PS2 keyboards. Intended for use in robotics platforms, custom control interfaces, automation test rigs, and educational embedded systems where keyboard input must be added quickly and reliably without modifying core application code.
