Robust shield termination and strain relief enable one-step termination, providing superior shielding and reducing crosstalk. DIY RJ45 cable connectors for shielded twisted pair solid cables to create custom-length Ethernet patch cords. Supports inner conductor size 23 AWG; insulated core diameter must be 1.35 mm–1.45 mm. Suitable for shielded or outdoor-rated cables in IP camera or security camera installations. Meets CAT6A performance requirements per ANSI/TIA-568-B.2-10 for Gigabit Ethernet channel compliance. 50-micron gold-plated contacts on 8P8C network connectors ensure reliable performance with reduced interference. Cat 7 shielded RJ45 connectors are designed for thick Cat 6A/Cat 7 solid Ethernet cables and require a professional RJ45 crimping tool.
